If you are sending in a piece of equipment for repair, be sure to download and fill out an Equipment Repair Request (ERR) form. The standard ERR should be used for any TRAX or hand-held data collectors. The RAC ERR should be used for any RAC distance measuring instruments.

Software Downloads

Updated versions of JAMAR software are released periodically and are posted here, along with Windows drivers for USB downloading. Licensed owners of JAMAR software may download any updates to their programs to make sure they always have the latest version of the software on their computer.
